The Wok Lobster was designed to pay homage to the foods we love — taking familiar favorites and reimagining them through Asian-inspired flavors and culinary creativity.

Our Executive Chef is driven by passion for crafting unforgettable dishes and experiences that tell a unique story.

With over 20 years in the restaurant industry, I built this brand around the food, memories, and connections that bring people together.
